Class D recyclable material definition

Class D recyclable material means, but is not limited to, the following:
Class D recyclable material means a source separated recyclable material which is subject to Department approv- al prior to receipt, storage, processing or transfer at a recycling center in accordance with N.J.S.A. 13:1E-99.34b, and which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Examples of Class D recyclable material in a sentence

  • Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26A-3.1(a), all persons issued a general approval to operate a recycling center for Class B, Class C and/or Class D recyclable material pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26A-1 et seq.

  • Any person who operates a recycling center for the receipt, storage, processing or transfer of Class B, Class C or Class D, recyclable material without the prior written approval of the Department shall be considered to be operating an unlicensed solid waste facility and shall be subject to penalties as set forth in N.J.S.A. 13:1E-9 and N.J.A.C. 7:26-5 in addition to penalties which may be assessed by other regulatory agencies pursuant to their authority.

  • The number of end-markets in New Jersey, nationally and internationally which accept the Class B, Class C, or Class D recyclable material in question.

  • No recycling center shall receive, store, process or transfer any Class B, Class C or Class D recyclable material without the prior written approval of the Department.

  • All persons issued a general or limited approval to operate a recycling center for Class B, Class C and/or Class D recyclable material pursuant to this subchapter shall comply with all conditions of the approval.

  • A description, including manufacturer's specification sheets, of all equipment to be utilized for the receipt, storage, processing or transferring of each Class B, Class C, or Class D recyclable material received, stored, processed or transferred, including the name of the equipment manufacturer, model number and operating capacity of the equipment.

  • Every owner or operator of a recycling center for the receipt, storage, processing or transfer of Class B, Class C or Class D recyclable material seeking approval pursuant to this subchapter shall submit a fee as required by N.J.A.C. 7:26A-2.

  • All persons who possess a general approval to operate a recycling center for Class D recyclable material shall be billed an annual fee of $ 7,106 on May 1 for each fiscal year beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30.

  • The service is currently available to Internet2 Higher Education Members without payment of an annual fee.

  • A description, including manufacturer's specification sheets, of all equipment to be utilized for the receipt, stor- age, processing or transferring of each Class B, Class C, or Class D recyclable material received, stored, processed or transferred, including the name of the equipment manufacturer, model number and operating capacity of the equipment.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).

  • Encumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of

  • Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Unencumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Required Subordinated Percentage of Class D Notes means, for the Class A( - ) Notes, [ ]%, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 2.02.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class D Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class D Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class D Notes.

  • Class B Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(b).

  • Principal Loss Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of: (a) the aggregate amount of Credit Event Net Losses for all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (b) the aggregate amount of court-approved principal reductions (“cramdowns”) on the Reference Obligations in the related Reporting Period; (c) subsequent losses on any Reference Obligation that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation on a prior Payment Date; and (d) amounts included in the second, fourth, seventh, eighth and tenth priorities set forth in Section 3.03(f) hereof.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).
