Class A-2C Certificate definition

Class A-2C Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-2C Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-2C Certificate. Any one of the Class A-2C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2C and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-2C Certificate. Any one of the Class A-2C Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Each owner of record of a Class A-2C Certificate will be entitled to receive such owner’s Percentage Interest in the amounts distributed on such Distribution Date to the owners of the Class A-2C Certificates.

Class A-2C Certificate. Any one of the Class A-2C Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 5.01, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in the Master REMIC.
