Child sexual abuse definition

Child sexual abuse means conduct prohibited by article one hundred thirty or two hundred sixty-three of the penal law.
Child sexual abuse means an act against a child that is described as a sexual offense or child exploitation as defined in 11 Del.C. §8550(2).
