Reserve officer means a person authorized by a city, city and county, town, county, or state institution of higher education within this state to act as a reserve police officer, reserve deputy sheriff, or reserve town marshal for certain specific and limited periods of time while the person is authorized to be on duty and acting at the express direction or under the direct supervision of a fully POST-certified peace officer pursuant to section 16-2.5- 103, 16-2.5- 105, 16-2.5-108, or 16-2.5-120. A reserve officer is a peace officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties whose authority shall be limited to the authority granted by his or her authorizing agency.
Certified nurse midwife means an advanced practice registered nurse who is certified in the
Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Pro Forma Compliance Certificate means a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower containing reasonably detailed calculations of the financial covenants set forth in Section 7.11 recomputed as of the end of the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended for which the Borrower has delivered financial statements pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) after giving effect to the applicable transaction on a Pro Forma Basis.
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Senior Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or comptroller of the Company.
Required Reserve means, on any day during a Calculation Period, the product of (a) the greater of (i) the Required Reserve Factor Floor and (ii) the sum of the Loss Reserve, the Yield Reserve, the Dilution Reserve and the Servicing Reserve, times (b) the Net Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date immediately preceding such Calculation Period.
Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Pro Forma Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b) hereof.
Certified seed means seed produced from plants grown directly from FOUNDATION SEED or REGISTERED SEED, cultivated according to certification regulations and that meets the specifications of the official seed certifying agency of the jurisdiction in which the seed is/was produced.
Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate of all expenditures of Company and its Subsidiaries during such period determined on a consolidated basis that, in accordance with GAAP, are or should be included in “purchase of property and equipment” or similar items reflected in the consolidated statement of cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries.
Principal Financial Officer shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
