A psychologist, Licensed behavior analyst, Licensed assistant behavior analyst or Certified autism behavior interventionist shall comply with all other state and federal laws and regulations concerning the maintenance of records, including a law or regulation which requires him to maintain records for a longer period than required by this subsection.
