Certificate Year definition

Certificate Year means each one-year period (or shorter period for the first Certificate Year) ending December 1, or another one-year period selected by the City.
Certificate Year. The first Certificate Year is the annual period which begins on the Certificate Date. Subsequent Certificate Years begin on each Certificate Anniversary.
Certificate Year means the one (1) year period including the Effective Date and immediately following that date. Each succeeding Certificate Year is the one (1) year period from the Certificate anniversary to the next Certificate anniversary.

Certificate Year means the period starting from the certificate start date or from the latest certificate anniversary date and ending with a day prior to the next anniversary date.
