Certificate of Trust definition

Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Certificate of Trust means the certificate of trust, as amended or restated from time to time, filed by the Trustees in the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in accordance with the Delaware Act to form the Trust;
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust filed with respect to the formation of the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Act, as amended, corrected or restated from time to time.
