The rate of interest payable on any account shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Banking Act as may from time to time be amended (currently stated to be at a minimum of 70% of the quoted Central Bank Rate) and further, the Customer hereby accepts that this rate of interest payable by the Bank is subject to change from time to time.
In relation to the Central Bank Rate prevailing at close of business on any Business Day, the 20% trimmed arithmetic mean (calculated by the Liquidity Facility Provider) of the Central Bank Rate Spreads for the five most immediately preceding Business Days for which the RFR is available.

If clause 13.6 above applies but it is not possible to calculate the Fallback Central Bank Rate or the Short-Term Fallback Credit Adjustment Spread, the Interest Period of that Loan shall, if it has been shortened pursuant to clause 13.2 above, revert to its previous length and there shall be no LIBOR for that Loan and clauses 13.11 to 13.15 (Cost of funds) shall apply to that Loan for that Interest Period.
