Central Bank Rate definition

Central Bank Rate has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.
Central Bank Rate means the greater of (A) the sum of (i) for any Loan denominated in (x) GBP, the Bank of England (or any successor thereto)’s “Bank Rate” as published by the Bank of England (or any successor thereto) from time to time, (y) Euro, one of the following three rates as may be selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion: (1) the fixed rate for the main refinancing operations of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), or, if that rate is not published, the minimum bid rate for the main refinancing operations of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), each as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time, (2) the rate for the marginal lending facility of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time or (3) the rate for the deposit facility of the central banking system of the Participating Member States, as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time or (z) any other Agreed Foreign Currency, a central bank rate as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion; plus (ii) the applicable Central Bank Rate Adjustment and (B) 0%.
Central Bank Rate means the Bank of England’s Bank Rate as published by the Bank of England from time to time.

Examples of Central Bank Rate in a sentence

  • The rate of interest payable on any account shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Banking Act as may from time to time be amended (currently stated to be at a minimum of 70% of the quoted Central Bank Rate) and further, the Customer hereby accepts that this rate of interest payable by the Bank is subject to change from time to time.

  • In relation to the Central Bank Rate prevailing at close of business on any Business Day, the 20% trimmed arithmetic mean (calculated by the Liquidity Facility Provider) of the Central Bank Rate Spreads for the five most immediately preceding Business Days for which the RFR is available.

  • In relation to any Business Day, the difference (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) calculated by the Liquidity Facility Provider between: (a) the RFR for that Business Day; and (b) the Central Bank Rate prevailing at close of business on that Business Day.

  • Thereafter, until each affected Lender notifies the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such determination no longer exist, any obligation of such Lender to make XXXXX Loans shall be suspended, and such Loans shall instead be made at the Central Bank Rate plus the Applicable Margin.

  • If clause 13.6 above applies but it is not possible to calculate the Fallback Central Bank Rate or the Short-Term Fallback Credit Adjustment Spread, the Interest Period of that Loan shall, if it has been shortened pursuant to clause 13.2 above, revert to its previous length and there shall be no LIBOR for that Loan and clauses 13.11 to 13.15 (Cost of funds) shall apply to that Loan for that Interest Period.

Central Bank Rate or “CBR” means the rate published by the Central Bank of Kenya under the provisions of the Central Bank of Kenya Act as the lowest rate at which the Central Bank lends money to Banks in Kenya and which has been adopted as the base rate under the provisions of the Banking (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Central Bank Rate means the greater of (A) the sum of (i) for any Loan denominated in (w) GBP, the Bank of England (or any successor thereto)’s “Bank Rate” as published by the Bank of England (or any successor thereto) from time to time, (x) Euro, one of the following three rates as may be selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion: (1) the fixed rate for the main refinancing operations of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), or, if that rate is not published, the minimum bid rate for the main refinancing operations of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), each as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time, (2) the rate for the marginal lending facility of the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto), as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time or (3) the rate for the deposit facility of the central banking system of the Participating Member States, as published by the European Central Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time, (y) CHF, the policy rate of the Swiss National Bank (or any successor thereto) as published by the Swiss National Bank (or any successor thereto) from time to time or (z) any other Agreed Foreign Currency, a central bank rate as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion; plus (ii) the applicable Central Bank Rate Adjustment and (B) 0%.
Central Bank Rate means, the greater of (a)(i) the Bank of England’s “Bank Rate” as published by the Bank of England from time to time, plus (ii) the applicable Central Bank Rate Adjustment and (b) the Floor.
Central Bank Rate means the greater of (A)(i) for any Loan denominated in (a) Pounds Sterling, the Bank of England (or any successor thereto)’s “Bank Rate” as published by the Bank of England (or any successor thereto) from time to time and (b) Yen, a central bank rate as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, plus (ii) the applicable Central Bank Rate Adjustment; and (B) zero.
Central Bank Rate has the meaning given to that term in the Benchmark Terms.
Central Bank Rate means the XXXXX Administrator’s “Bank Rate” as published by XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
