Carryover Reserve Fund definition

Carryover Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.07 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22". Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Carryover Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY9." Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Carryover Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.06 with a depository institution in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, in trust for the registered holders of IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-FLX6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-FLX6." Certificate: Any one of the certificates issued by the Trust Fund and executed by the Trustee in substantially the forms attached as exhibits.

Examples of Carryover Reserve Fund in a sentence

  • Any manner in which a Carryover Reserve Fund is maintained may at any time be changed without notice to, or the approval, Holders of the Certificates so long as funds held in such Carryover Reserve Fund by, or for the account of, the Trustee shall at all times be identified.

  • To the extent that a Carryover Reserve Fund is maintained by the Trustee in the manner provided for in clause (ii) above, all references to deposits to and withdrawals from a Carryover Reserve Fund shall be deemed to refer to credits and debits to the related books of the Trustee.

Carryover Reserve Fund. A fund created as part of the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 4.07 of this Agreement but which is not an asset of any of the REMICs.
