Capital Trust definition

Capital Trust means the California Real Estate Investment Trust, a business trust organized under the laws of the State of California and established under a Declaration of Trust dated September 15, 1966, as amended from time to time, and any successor thereto, whose name is intended to be changed to "Capital Trust".
