Capital Repayment definition

Capital Repayment means an amount of at least the figure specified in the Facility Letter (under ‘Minimum Capital Repayment’) (or such other amount as we may specify in the future) paid to us, in addition to your Monthly Payment and any other amounts then due and payable.
Capital Repayment means any repayment or redemption in whole or in part, whether or not in cash, of any Reference Securities or of any other property or assets comprising the Reference Property.
Capital Repayment means a capital repayment and/or dividend in an amount of EUR 6,900,000 to the existing shareholders of the Target to be decided by the Target before the Issue Date.
