Campaign Material definition

Campaign Material means any item, design, sound, symbol, or mark that is created or copied in any form in order to and/or likely to influence at least one voter to cast a ballot in favour or in opposition of a candidate;
Campaign Material means any material, regardless of format, that promotes or opposes any Candidate, or a response to any question on a ballot or referendum and includes, but is not limited to, printed literature, banners, posters, pictures, buttons, clothing, signs, magnets and vehicle decals.
Campaign Material means any advertisement, including advertisements on the radio, television and the Internet as well as placards, posters or banners, in favour of or on behalf of a candidate or against a candidate; (matériel utilisé au cours de la campagne électorale)

  • Shared online Campaign Material between candidates may not be expensed or reimbursed by the Society.
