Calling Name Database definition

Calling Name Database means a Party’s database containing current Calling Name Information, including the Calling Name Information of any telecommunications company participating in that Party’s Calling Name Database. A Calling Name Database may be part of, or separate from, a LIDB.

Calling Name Database and/or “CNAM Database” means an AT&T MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE’s Database containing Calling Name Information that is separate from a LIDB.

Examples of Calling Name Database in a sentence

  • BellSouth shall provide access to the following Databases: Local Number Portability, LIDB, Toll Free Number Database, Automatic Location Identification/Data Management System, and Calling Name Database.

  • Until such time as PACIFIC has the usage recording ability set forth in Section4.5 above, CLEC will provide PACIFIC with usage information from which PACIFIC will bill CLEC for both CLEC’s access and CLEC’s Query- originating carrier customers’ access to PACIFIC’s Calling Name Database and to PACIFIC’s LIDB for OLNS Queries.

  • CLEC will recover from its Query- originating carrier customers (if any) any charges associated with their access to PACIFIC’s Calling Name Database or PACIFIC’s LIDB for OLNS Queries, including such charges from PACIFIC.

  • SBC- 13STATE that stores and/or administers Line Record Information and/or Group Record Information in a Party’s LIDB and/or Calling Name Database.

  • CLEC will recover from its Query-originating carrier customers (if any) any charges associated with their access to PACIFIC’s Calling Name Database or PACIFIC’s LIDB for OLNS Queries, including such charges from PACIFIC.

Related to Calling Name Database

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Username means an alphanumeric login identification used by the Client for accessing the Service.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.

  • URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
