C Drawing shall have the meaning specified in the Letter of Credit, which shall be a drawing in respect of the payment of interest, or the portion of the purchase price corresponding to interest, on the Bonds.
C Drawing means a draw made by you under this Letter of Credit with respect to (i) the payment of interest (including without limitation upon maturity, redemption, defeasance or acceleration) on the Bonds, or (ii) the payment of the portion of the Purchase Price which corresponds to the interest amount due on Bonds delivered or deemed delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Sections 3.01, 3.02, 3.03 or 3.07 of the Indenture.
C Drawing means any drawing under the Letter of Credit made pursuant to Section 31 of the Seventh Supplement for the payment of the portion of the Purchase Price equal to the principal amount of Bonds (other than any Bank Bonds and Bonds owned by or on behalf of the Issuer) tendered pursuant to Section 6 of the Seventh Supplement upon presentation of a certificate in the form of Annex C to the Letter of Credit.
C Drawing means a drawing under the Letter of Credit by presentation of a certificate in the form of Exhibit C thereto to pay interest due and payable on Bonds.
C Drawing means any drawing under the Letter of Credit with respect to the portion of the purchase price which corresponds to the interest amount of the Bonds delivered or deemed delivered to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Sections 1.7 and 1.8 of Exhibit A to the Bond Authorization, equal to the amount of accrued and unpaid interest on such Bonds to the date of such purchase, or the payment of interest on the Bonds, due and payable on an Interest Payment Date, pursuant to a certificate in the form of Certificate C to the Letter of Credit.
