Buyer Specifications definition

Buyer Specifications means performance specifications, specification control documentation, interface control documents, schematics, definitions, configurations, and certification data, and all IP Rights therein, used or intended to be used by Boeing: (i) to establish and define (1) requirements for the Services and associated processes, service level, system specification, certification, and configuration; and (2) architecture descriptions for the Services and associated processes, service, and system; and (ii) to procure and certify Services or similar products and to assure integration of the Services or similar product with a Boeing product or other systems and equipment included in a Boeing product.
Buyer Specifications means performance specifications, specification control documentation, interface control documents, schematics, definitions, configurations, and certification data, and all IP Rights therein, used or intended to be used by Buyer: (i) to establish and define (1) requirements for the Goods and associated processes, specifications, certification, and configuration; and (2) architecture descriptions for the Goods and associated processes; and (ii) to procure and certify Goods or similar products and to assure integration of the Goods or similar product with an ITT product.
Buyer Specifications means any data, designs, specifications, feedback, content, or other information provided by Buyer to MI in connection withMI’s customization,design,development,and build of a Productfor Buyer.

  • QUALITY 5.1 The quality of the Goods shipped by the Seller shall comply with the Buyer Specifications as provided in Appendix 1 to this contract.

  • OSP will use its reasonable best efforts to timely obtain a sufficient supply of all Non-Buyer Components necessary to produce the Products as required herein at the lowest cost for the quality required to meet the Buyer Specifications.

More Definitions of Buyer Specifications

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
