Buy Option and "Sell Option" shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Option Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Lessor, Lessee, the stockholders of Lessee and WCC. If Lessee purchases any Equipment, Lessee shall, on or before the date of purchase, pay to Lessor the purchase price, any applicable taxes, all Rent due through the day preceding the date of purchase and any other amounts due.
