Business Technology definition

Business Technology means any Technology that is used in the conduct of the Business as of the Closing.
Business Technology has the meaning set forth in the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement.
Business Technology means all Technology used in designing, developing, manufacturing, Selling, Servicing, providing or supporting products and services of the Lumentum Business as it exists on the Effective Date.
