Business Service Providers definition

Business Service Providers means those persons who render substantial services to the Cobalt Business, the Discovery Business or the ZUK Business, as the case may be, as described in the Remedial Agreement for the Cobalt Business, the Discovery Business or the ZUK Business, as the case may be.
Business Service Providers means the Business Employees and the Business Contractors.

More Definitions of Business Service Providers

Business Service Providers means all employees, consultants, advisors, and independent contractors, employed or engaged by Seller or the extent applicable, its Affiliates, providing services necessary for the operation of the Business.

Business Service Providers means natural persons who are representatives of a service provider outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, requesting to enter temporary into the territory of the Republic of Albania, in order to negotiate the sale of services or the conclusion of agreements for the sale of services, on behalf of the service provider.
