Business IPR definition

Business IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights which are used at the date of this Agreement in relation to the Business and which are material to the Business;
Business IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights which are owned by or licensed to any Group Company and which are used, or held for use, in connection with the business of any Group Company;

More Definitions of Business IPR

Business IPR means (i) the Intellectual Property licensed pursuant to the IP Licences listed in Attachment 15; (ii) any or all of the Intellectual Property owned by a member of the Vendor's Group which is used exclusively in the Transferring Business as at Completion; and (iii) any or all of the Intellectual Property owned by a member of the Vendor's Group which has been used in the Transferring Business but has never been used in any other business carried on by members of the Vendor's Group. The Business IPR includes, without limitation, those patents, patent applications, trade marks and trade xxxx applications listed in the Disclosure Letter;
Business IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights and Confidential Information relating to the operation, products, activities and services of the Business, including but not limited to any Intellectual Property Rights and Confidential Information relating to the exploitation, development and/or modification of rF2, the rF2 Brand, rF2 Content and rF2 Software and any derived or amended racing and driving simulation games or software applications thereof;
Business IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights which are material to the operation of the Group’s business which are used as of the date of this Agreement in relation to the business of any Group Company being the Owned IPR and Used IPR, details of which are set out in Schedule 15 (The Intellectual Property Rights).
