Business investment means an investor investing capital to do business.
Business investment means an investor’s investing capital to do business by establishing a business organization; making capital contribution, buying shares or capital contributions to a business organization; making investments in the form of contracts or execution of investment projects.
Business investment means an Investment made in connection with, or that otherwise relates directly to, the Business provided that no Default or Event of Default is continuing at the time such Investment is made or could reasonably be expected to be caused by or to result from such Investment.
