Bundled Software definition

Bundled Software means the combination of OEM Software and the Software and/or some features or capabilities thereof as an integrated component therein.

Bundled Software means, with respect to a particular Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive, a copy of BD-PC Software that is Shipped with the Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive at the time the Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive is Shipped by Licensee or Licensee Affiliate and at the time of such Shipment is (a) contained in the same packaging for end users that contains the Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive (e.g., off-the-shelf retail packaging, or provided in the shipping box used by Licensee or Licensee Affiliate to Ship customized Aftermarket BD-Capable Drives to end users) or (b) Shipped directly to the end user by the Licensee or Licensee Affiliate (regardless of whether it is Shipped in the same packaging as the Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive) and the software and the Aftermarket BD-Capable Drive are included in the same end user order.
