Bulk Water Sales means the sale of water to a particular customer through a pre-arranged agreement with the District, to be conveyed only through the Bulk Sales Station or, if so approved by the District, at another location.
Bulk Water Sales means a continuing contract by a Party to provide water to either another Party or a third party over a period exceeding thirty days.
