Build Costs definition

Build Costs means the build costs comprising construction of the Development supported by evidence of these costs to the Council’s reasonable satisfaction including but not limited to:
Build Costs means the actual build costs for the Development in accordance with the Viability Reassessment prepared by a person or body accredited by the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors
