Broker's Acknowledgement definition

Broker's Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement in form and content satisfactory to SEG executed by the Broker and delivered to SEG whereby the Broker agrees to be bound by the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Broker set forth in this Agreement.
