Upon receipt of such notice, the Breaching Party shall be given a reasonable time, not to exceed thirty (30) days in which to remedy the Breach or, if such Breach cannot be remedied in thirty (30) days, such additional time as reasonably needed to remedy the Breach, but not exceeding an additional thirty (30) day period, or such other time as the parties may agree.
As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement and Construction Service Agreement, the failure of a Breaching Party to cure its Breach in accordance with the applicable provisions of an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement.
