Bonus Plans definition

Bonus Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

Bonus Plans means the annual incentive plan or plans, which plan or plans are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company from time to time, and shall include any incentive plan or plans established both prior and subsequent to the date of this Agreement.

Bonus Plans means the Employee Bonus Retention Plans for each of EXCO Holdings Inc. and Addison (as defined herein) substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H.

Examples of Bonus Plans in a sentence

• Intermountain and its employees shall not be eligible for any benefit available to employees of School District, including but not limited to, Worker's Compensation Insurance, State Disability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Group Health and Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Severance Pay, Bonus Plans, Pension Plans, Savings Plans and the like.

• Notwithstanding the following, the Parties understand that the collective bargaining agreement does not mandate the campuses to require employees to receive and renew the certifications referenced in Article 24, Provisions 24.42 through 24.45 Critical Skills Bonus Plans.

• All RemainCo Employees shall continue to participate in the RemainCo Bonus Plans in which they were entitled to participate prior to the Effective Time.

• Vornado shall remain solely responsible for funding and discharging all obligations under the Vornado Annual Bonus Plans with respect to annual bonuses to be paid to Newco group employees with respect to performance periods ending on or prior to the Effective Time.
