Blocked Persons List definition

Blocked Persons List shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.29 hereof.
Blocked Persons List means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC and/or any other similar list maintained by OFAC or any other Governmental Authority pursuant to any authorizing statute, regulation, or executive order.
Blocked Persons List means any list of known or suspected terrorists published by any United States government agency, including, without limitation, (i) the annex to Executive Order 13224 issued on September 23, 2001 by the President of the United States and (ii) the Specially Designated Nationals List published by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control.
