Bids definition

Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

Bids means documents required to be submitted in response to the Invitation to Bid and ITB.

Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of this Section 12.1.

• All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered contractors except as provided in Section 1771.1. Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Part II of Article X of these Bylaws.
