Benefit Package definition

Benefit Package means the package of covered health care services for which the client is eligible.
Benefit Package means the covered services described in Appendix K of this Agreement to be provided to the Enrollee, as Enrollee is hereinafter defined, by or through the Contractor.
Benefit Package means the covered services for the MMC and/or FHPlus Programs, described in Appendix K of this Agreement, to be provided to the Enrollee, as Enrollee is defined in this Agreement, by or through the Contractor, including optional Benefit Package services, if any, as specified in Appendix M of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Benefit Package

Benefit Package means the set of health care service categories included in a client's health care program. See WAC 182-501-0060.
Benefit Package means the array and type of services, as described by program-specific rules, for which the recipient is eligible.
Benefit Package means Medicaid Covered Services, including home and community-based services, which shall be furnished by the CONTRACTOR. [See, NMAC 8.307.7, 8.310.2, 8.311.1, et seq.].
Benefit Package means Medicaid covered services, which shall be furnished by the MCO and for which payment is included in the capitation rate.
Benefit Package means the set of health care service categories included in a client's ((eligibility)) health care pro- gram. See ((the table in WAC 388-501-0060)) WAC 182- 501-0060.
