  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Benchmark Price shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the relevant Trust Agreement.

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
