Bankruptcy Rules definition

Bankruptcy Rules means the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
Bankruptcy Rules means the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure promulgated under section 2075 of the Judicial Code and the general, local, and chambers rules of the Bankruptcy Court.
