Bank Secured Obligations definition

Bank Secured Obligations means, collectively, (i) the Bank Obligations and (ii) all Hedging Obligations owing under Hedging Agreements to any Bank Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender, which Hedging Obligations are permitted pursuant to the terms of the Bank Credit Agreement.
Bank Secured Obligations means all Obligations of the Company Group to the Bank Agent and the Bank Lenders under the Bank Credit Facility, the Bank Security Documents and the other Bank Financing Agreements, including, without limitation, Obligations in respect of Interest Rate Agreements (as defined in the Bank Credit Agreement), but only to the extent that the Bank Credit Agreement permits such Interest Rate Agreement Obligations to be secured by the Bank Security Documents.
Bank Secured Obligations means all Obligations (as defined in the Credit Agreement).

  • U.S. Secured Obligations means, collectively, (a) the US Obligations and (b) all existing or future payment and other obligations owing by any US Credit Party under (i) any Secured Hedge Agreement with a US Hedge Bank and (ii) any Secured Cash Management Agreement with a US Cash Management Bank.
