Bank Obligations definition

Bank Obligations as defined in subsection 8.1.
Bank Obligations means all indebtedness, obligations and liabilities, whether now or hereafter arising, of the Borrowers to the Agent or any Bank pursuant to any of the Loan Documents.

  • Each Guarantor waives any right to require any Agent, any Issuing Bank or any Bank Secured Party to sue any Borrower, any other Guarantor, any other guarantor, or any other Person obligated for all or any part of the Bank Obligations (each, an “Obligated Party”), or otherwise to enforce its rights in respect of any collateral securing all or any part of the Bank Obligations.

  • Each Bank Secured Party, whether or not a party hereto, will be deemed, by its acceptance of the benefits of the Collateral and of the Guarantees of the Bank Obligations provided under the Loan Documents, to have agreed to the foregoing provisions.

Bank Obligations has the meaning assigned such term in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
Bank Obligations means, collectively, (a) the Debt (as defined in the Credit Agreement), and (b) all other Indebtedness or other obligations incurred by any Company to Agent and the Banks pursuant to the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, whether for principal, interest, fees, costs or indemnities, and whether now existing or hereafter arising.
