Backup Service definition

Backup Service means Standby Service available to all Transportation Service customers.
Backup Service means electric energy or capacity supplied by the Authority to replace energy or capacity ordinarily generated by a customer’s own generation equipment during an unscheduled outage of the customer’s generation.
