Authorized Activities means the activities described in Section 2.0 of this Agreement, which are subject to the jurisdiction of the Department and authorized pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Authorized Activities

Authorized Activities refers to: (a) hunting of game species by Buyer and Buyer’s guests in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of, and during the season established by, the State of Wisconsin and/or its Department of Natural Resources; and (b) normal fall farming activities such as soil testing, fertilizer application and/or fall tillage. “Authorized Activities” includes any activities listed above and conducted by Buyer and/or Buyer’s guests, employees, independent contractors and/or agents. Immediately as of the execution of the Purchase Agreement and this Addendum and prior to Buyer’s acquisition of title pursuant to the Purchase Agreement at closing (the “Closing”), Buyer shall have a license to enter upon the Real Estate for the sole and limited purpose of conducting Authorized Activities, subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum. Authorized Activities shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, taking all reasonable measures to prevent injury to person or damage to property. Until the Closing, Buyer shall not conduct any activities on the Real Estate other than the Authorized Activities, nor make any alteration of, change to or improvement on the Real Estate.
