authorised official means a person authorised to implement the provisions of this By-law, including but not limited to–
authorised official means an official who may consider and determine applications as contemplated in section 35(2) of the Act;
authorised official means any official or agent of the Council who has been authorised by it to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of these By-laws;

authorised official means a waste management officer or other person in the employ of the municipality, authorised by the municipality for the purposes of this by-law, or if the municipality has appointed a service provider to perform municipal services, an employee of such service provider, authorised by it in terms of this by-law and acting within the scope of the powers, functions and duties assigned to that service provider by the municipality;
authorised official means any official of the municipality who has been authorized by it to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of these By-Laws;
authorised official means an employee of the Municipality responsible for carrying out any duty or function, or exercising any power in terms of this policy and includes employees delegated to carry out or exercise such duties, functions or powers;
authorised official means a municipal employee who is authorised by the Council to exercise any power, function or duty in terms of this By-law or the Act and Regulations or such further duties that may by delegation in terms of section 59 of the Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000 be assigned to him/her;
