Authenticating Agent definition

Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee pursuant to Section 614 to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate Securities of one or more series.
Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate Securities.

  • The Trustee may at any time terminate the agency of an Authenticating Agent by giving written notice thereof to such Authenticating Agent and to the Issuer.
