Audited Party definition

Audited Party means the Party being audited by the Auditing Party.
Audited Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Audited Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9.

Examples of Audited Party in a sentence

  • Prior to commencing the audit, the accountants shall execute an agreement with the Audited Party in a form reasonably acceptable to the Audited Party that protects the confidentiality of the information disclosed by the Audited Party to the accountants.

  • In such a case, the Audited Party must provide written certification of the conflict and the expected resource availability date.

  • The Audited Party will provide a formal written response to any findings in an audit within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of any such findings.
