Auction Preferred definition

Auction Preferred means the Auction Preferred, including the Converted Remarketing Preferred, being auctioned pursuant to the Auction Procedures.
Auction Preferred means shares of Flexible Auction Series A, Serial Preferred Stock of the Corporation subject to an Auction on any Auction Date.
