Attachment Fee definition

Attachment Fee means the fee assessed per pole and paid by Licensee to place Attachments on GTE's poles.
Attachment Fee or “Pole Attachment Fee” means that rental/pole occupation fee described in Section 7.1 of this Agreement.
Attachment Fee means that fee described in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Attachment Fee in a sentence

  • The Initial Annual Collocation on Service Pole Attachment Fee Payment shall be pro-rated for the months remaining in the calendar year after the permit issuance date.

  • The annual collocation on Service Pole attachment fee payment for the first year at any Location (“Initial Annual Collocation on Service Pole Attachment Fee Payment”) begins accruing when the permit is issued and is due 30 days after Licensee obtains a Permit to install or collocate a Network Node at the Location.

  • A Nonfunctional Attachment that Licensee has failed to remove as required in this paragraph shall constitute an unauthorized Attachment and is subject to the Unauthorized Attachment Fee specified in Appendix A.

  • Utility shall invoice Licensee for the per-pole Attachment Fee annually.

  • Concurrently with Licensee’s Annual Attachment Fee payment, Licensee shall report any Attachment Licensee has removed from City Facilities during the relevant reporting period.

  • The Pole Attachment Fee is non-refundable and is payable on or before the initial Commencement Date, and on or before each subsequent annual anniversary of the Commencement Date during the Supplemental Site License Term (or until such earlier time as such Supplemental Site License is terminated).

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrower and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.
