Assignments of Lease definition

Assignments of Lease means the Assignments of Lease to be executed by BSC and the Sellers at the Closing with respect to the Fremont Building #4 Facility and the West Valley Facility, substantially in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit 1.01(a)(i) and Exhibit 1.01(a)(ii), respectively.

Assignments of Lease is defined in Section 2.3(a).

More Definitions of Assignments of Lease

Assignments of Lease means the Assignments of Lease, effective as of the Closing, executed by the Seller, the Purchaser and the respective landlord with respect to each parcel of Leased Real Property listed in Section 1.01(a) of the Disclosure Schedule, and each in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties thereto.
