Assigning Bank definition

Assigning Bank means as specified in Section 13.8(b).

Assigning Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 15.8 of this Agreement.

• Thereafter, said assignee shall have all of the rights hereunder and obligations of the Assigning Bank (except as otherwise expressly set forth herein) and such Bank shall have no further obligations to the Company hereunder.
