Asset Base Deficiency definition

Asset Base Deficiency means, as of any date of determination, the condition that exists if (a) the Aggregate Net Investment exceeds (b) the sum of (i) the Aggregate Advance Amount plus (ii) amounts on deposit in the Collection Account which are available for reduction of Net Investment on the following Payment Date on such date (after taking into account payments with senior priority). If such term is used in a quantitative context, the amount of the Asset Base Deficiency shall be equal to the amount of such excess.
Asset Base Deficiency. As of any Payment Date, the condition that exists if the Aggregate Note Principal Balance (calculated after giving effect to all payments of Minimum Principal Payment Amounts and Scheduled Principal Payment Amounts to be paid on such Payment Date) exceeds the Asset Base. If such term is used in a quantitative context, the amount of the Asset Base Deficiency shall be equal to the amount of such excess.
