Asset Amount definition

Asset Amount means, in respect of each nominal amount of Notes equal to the lowest Specified Denomination, Deliverable Obligations, as selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, with:

More Definitions of Asset Amount

Asset Amount means the Deliverable Obligations (as defined in the Credit Default Swap Transaction) delivered by the Swap Counterparty to the Issuer under the Credit Default Swap Transaction.
