Earned credit means the amount of the bid incentive allocated to a contractor upon completion of a contract in which the contractor met or exceeded his or her goals for the utilization of BEPDs in the performance of the contract.
Open-end credit means credit extended by a creditor under an agreement in which:
Affected Creditor means a creditor whose claim relates to a liability that is reduced or converted to shares or other instruments of ownership by the exercise of the write down or conversion power pursuant to the use of the bail-in tool;
Posted Credit Support means Posted Collateral and Other Posted Support.
Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.
Ash means all species of the genus Fraxinus.
Subordinated Creditor means any creditor of Tenant which is a party to a Subordination Agreement in favor of Landlord.
Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).
Shopping credit means an amount deducted from the bill of an

Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:
Original Credit Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;
Positive pressure respirator means a respirator in which the pressure inside the respiratory inlet covering exceeds the ambient air pressure outside the respirator.
Five-Year Credit Agreement means the Five Year Credit Agreement dated March 31, 1999, among the Company, the Subsidiary Borrowers party thereto, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, as Administrative Agent, as such agreement may be amended, restated or extended from time to time.
Company Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of January 28, 2019, by and between the Company, the lenders party thereto from time to time and SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent for the revolving lenders and as collateral agent for the secured parties thereunder.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
Total Evaluated CRIS MW means the Additional CRIS MW requested plus either (i) if the Installed Capacity Supplier previously received an exemption under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), 23.4.5.7.7 or 23.4.5.7.8, all prior Additional CRIS MW since the facility was last exempted under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), or 23.4.5.7.8, or (ii) for all other Installed Capacity Suppliers, all MW of Capacity for which an Examined Facility obtained CRIS pursuant to the provisions in ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “UCAP Offer Reference Level” shall mean a dollar value equal to the projected clearing price for each ICAP Spot Market Auction determined by the ISO on the basis of the applicable ICAP Demand Curve and the total quantity of Unforced Capacity from all Installed Capacity Suppliers in a Mitigated Capacity Zone for the period covered by the applicable ICAP Spot Market Auction. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Unit Net CONE” shall mean localized levelized embedded costs of a specified Installed Capacity Supplier, including interconnection costs, and for an Installed Capacity Supplier located outside a Mitigated Capacity Zone including embedded costs of transmission service, in either case net of likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues, and revenues associated with other energy products (such as energy services and renewable energy credits, as determined by the ISO, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate. The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.
Additional Credit Party means each Person that becomes a Guarantor by execution of a Joinder Agreement in accordance with Section 5.10.
Senior Credit Support Depletion Date The date on which the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates has been reduced to zero.
Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.
Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
Peak means the Morning Peak and the Evening Peak;
River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.
Hood means a respiratory inlet covering that completely covers the head and neck and may also cover portions of the shoulders and torso.
Calibration gas means a gas mixture used to calibrate gas analysers.
