Architectural Control Committee definition

Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.
Architectural Control Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to Section 11 of this Bill of Assurance.
Architectural Control Committee means Prudential, or any committee which Prudential may appoint by an appropriate instrument recorded with the Santa Xxxxx County Recorder.

More Definitions of Architectural Control Committee

Architectural Control Committee or “ACC” shall mean the architectural control committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Architectural Control Committee means and refer to the committee by that name established pursuant to this Declaration and Article XI of the Bylaws, as further described in Section 7.27 of this Declaration.
Architectural Control Committee means the committee appointed by the Association to ensure compliance with these Covenants.
