Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

Each Party shall bear all costs and expenses related to their chosen Technical Expert, and an equal share of: (a) all costs and expenses related to the third Technical Expert; and (b) mutually shared expenses, such as the provision of a venue for the hearing before the Arbitration Panel.
