Approved Disposal Facility definition

Approved Disposal Facility means a disposal facility approved by Novartis, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Disposal Facility means the Guadalupe Landfill at 00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Road, San Jose, CA, which is owned and operated by the Disposal Contractor.

Approved Disposal Facility means the Carson City Sanitary Landfill or such other disposal facility directed by the CITY, which is fully permitted and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations adopted thereto governing such disposal.
