Appropriate Officers definition

Appropriate Officers is defined as any of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the President of the Company, any Senior Vice President of the Company or the Treasurer of the Company.

Appropriate Officers has the meaning specified in Section 3(c) hereof.

Appropriate Officers means the Company’s Chairperson of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer or Secretary.

More Definitions of Appropriate Officers

Appropriate Officers means the Company’s Chairperson of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer or Secretary, or any Vice President or Assistant Secretary.

Appropriate Officers means those officers of ORBCOMM and Alanco set forth on the respective incumbency certificates of each such party delivered to the Escrow Agent simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, as the same may be amended in a notice to each other party from time to time.
