Appropriate Officers definition

Appropriate Officers is defined as any of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the President of the Company, any Senior Vice President of the Company or the Treasurer of the Company.
Appropriate Officers has the meaning specified in Section 3(c) hereof.
