Appraisal Date definition

Appraisal Date means each sixth-month anniversary of the Effective Date.
Appraisal Date. The earlier to occur of (a) the date of issuance of the Issuer's "Series 2002-1 Notes" and (b) March 31, 2002 (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), and, thereafter, each anniversary (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day) of the occurrence of such earlier date.
Appraisal Date means December 31, 1998.

More Definitions of Appraisal Date

Appraisal Date has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4 of this Agreement.
Appraisal Date means, with respect to any appraisal delivered to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof, the last day of the month in which the applicable Appraisal Effective Date occurs.
